Jordan began his educational career in 2006 as a substitute teacher, educational assistant, and athletic coach. In 2012, Jordan began teaching middle school mathematics and AVID. After teaching for six years, Jordan began his educational leadership journey as the Dean of Students.

Jordan began his educational career in 2006 as a substitute teacher, educational assistant, and athletic coach. In 2012, Jordan began teaching middle school mathematics and AVID. After teaching for six years, Jordan began his educational leadership journey as the Dean of Students.
In 2018, Jordan accepted an Assistant Principal position and then became the Vice President of Operations. He then worked as a Field Director for Public Charter Schools New Mexico, an organization that supports and advocates for charter schools in New Mexico.

Michele has been an arts educator for 30 years, teaching in museums, at home and in the classroom. She has been a licensed educator since 2006 teaching solely at a local charter school. She has taught Kinder, 5th, and 6th Humanities. She then moved onto teach visual arts to K-8 and was Fine Arts Director.

In 2019, Michele became a Middle School Assistant Principal and the Instructional Coach for 4th-8th-grade ELA and trainer for the High School ELA Instructional coach. In May 2021, she graduated as National Principal Academy Fellow (NPAF) of Relay Graduate School of Education.
The Directors and Founders have a shared mission, vision, and philosophy. The Directors share the load for the good of the school. Each has their independent job description, but are equally accountable to the Governing Board.
